Fad Diets are NOT cool!!!
Most people I have spoken to have tried the latest diet craze. They are totally brainwashed by a magazine that states this is how 'Beyonce' or 'Britney' lost all her weight. The truth is they didnt lose weight using the FAD diet. They did one simple thing...............BURNED MORE CALORIES THAN THEY CONSUMED. Its that simple.
Results aren't instant with any form of eating or exercise. Time and dedication produce great results. Don't expect to eat healthy for a week and turn into a super model over night. Same counts for exercise. Them 3 sessions aren't going to work wonders in a weekend.
If FAD diets worked then we would all be on the same one forever because it would be great. The truth is NONE of them work. You might think short term it's working but short term it's just bad for you, which means long term you're back to square one.
Treat food as a fuel, eat when hungry and DO NOT or indulge (To often).
Try it for 8 weeks and see what happens!!
