Fad Diets are NOT cool!!!
Most people I have spoken to have tried the latest diet craze. They are totally brainwashed by a magazine that states this is how 'Beyonce' or 'Britney' lost all her weight. The truth is they didnt lose weight using the FAD diet. They did one simple thing...............BURNED MORE CALORIES THAN THEY CONSUMED. Its that simple.
Results aren't instant with any form of eating or exercise. Time and dedication produce great results. Don't expect to eat healthy for a week and turn into a super model over night.
